Barbara G. Zabriskie, PT, Owner

Barbara G. Zabriskie, PT, Owner

Since receiving her Physical Therapy degree from University of Louisville in 1986, Barbara has achieved broad based experience in outpatient physical therapy, acute care and home health disciplines. A specialist in the treatment of general orthopedic and musculoskeletal dysfunction, she enjoys integrating advanced manual therapy skills with exercise prescription to maximize her patient’s functional rehabilitation potential. Since 2002, Barbara’s clinical focus has emphasized pelvic floor dysfunction. She has advanced training for treatment of pelvic floor disorders including urinary and fecal incontinence, defecation dyssynergy, dyspareunia, vulvodynia, vaginismus, vestibulitis, pudendal neuralgia, interstitial cystitis, and pre/postpartum dysfunctions. Barbara is a member of the following: American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Women’s Health Section of the APTA, Health Organization for Pudendal Neuralgia and IC Network. In addition to being passionate about patient care, Barbara enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking and gardening.

Laura M. Flynn, PT, Owner

Laura M. Flynn, PT, CLT, Owner

A 1992 graduate of the University of Maryland, Laura has clinical and administrative experience in hospital and private practice settings. This has assisted her in developing comprehensive and effective patient care. An exceptional manual therapist, Laura’s special interest is oncology rehabilitation and she has been helping cancer survivors with their physical therapy needs since 1994. Her lymphedema advanced training and certifications have been acquired over the years through multiple schools for an eclectic approach to lymphedema management of the arm, leg and head/neck regions. She has completed continuing education coursework through the “Recovery In Motion” Program developed by Linda T. Miller, PT, DPT, CLT and basic and advanced training with the Leduc Method from the Coast to Coast School of Lymphedema Management. Most recently, Laura has completed training as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) from the Klose Training school. Laura was a contributing author of Managing Breast Cancer, A Guide to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, published in 2014. Laura is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Oncology Section of the APTA.

Susan Hull, MSPT

Susan Hull, PT, MPT

Susan graduated with her Masters degree from the University of Maryland in 1996. She has broad based experience in orthopedics, general rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction and neurology. Since 1999, she has specialized in manual therapy of the spine and extremities. Susan has completed advanced training with Michigan State University School of Manual Medicine and routinely uses osteopathic manual medicine with her treatments. Her passion includes treating patients with spinal dysfunctions and headaches/post-concussion, teaching self-care management skills, educating patients about proper postural and body mechanic guidelines and developing home exercise programs. Susan’s therapeutic goals are injury prevention and improving the quality of life for her patients to assist them to achieve their personal fitness goals. Susan has a lifelong love of running, hiking, biking and skiing. 

Christina Majkrzak, PT, DPT

Christina Majkrzak, PT, DPT

A 2005 graduate of the University of Delaware with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Tina has clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics and specializing in pelvic floor, oncology and lymphedema patients. She has been assisting cancer survivors since 2007. Her professional education training includes both the Linda T. Miller, PT, DPT, CLT and basic and advanced training with the Leduc Method from the Coast to Coast School of Lymphedema Management. She is qualified to treat lymphedema of the arm, leg, and head/neck regions. Tina has been treating pelvic floor dysfunction since 2014 and treats a wide range of diagnosis involving bladder dysfunction, colo-rectal issues and pelvic pain dysfunction. Tina is a runner and triathlete who enjoys rehabilitating athletes in preparation for their return to competition. Her passion is helping patients get back to enjoying life’s activities.

 

Brendan Glackin, DPT, CSCS

Brendan Glackin, DPT, CSCS

Brendan received his Doctorate from the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Medicine in 2015. He has developed a passion for the treatment of orthopedic spinal conditions, specifically the neck and low back. Since graduating, he continued his education through Myopain Seminars and has completed advanced training (FDN1 and FDN2) of the Dry Needling curriculum. He utilizes dry needling treatment with individuals presenting with musculoskeletal dysfunction and incorporates a variety of additional techniques, such as mobilizations/manipulations, neuromuscular re-education and corrective exercises to activate dormant muscles and restore painfree postures. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and utilizes this knowledge with the athletic population of all ages to restore proper strength and agility required for recreational/competitive events. In his free time, Brendan is a passionate soccer player and currently plays in Baltimore city. He also enjoys snowboarding and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
