Prepare wraps
& materials
prior to performing wrapping
Place stockinette on leg from foot to upper thigh
Apply cottonette in a
circular manner, overlapping by half
from foot to upper thigh
Start 6 cm short stretch
bandage at base of toes
overlapping by double, half
w/crisscross at the ankle
then overlapping by half
up leg

Repeat with second 6 cm
short stretch bandage,
but only one crisscross at
ankle
Start 8 cm short stretch bandage at ankle with overlapping by half up leg
to about the knee
Start with 8 or 10 cm
short stretch bandage just below knee. Overlap bandage below by half and wrap up to about mid-thigh
Use remaining 10 cm bandage to cover the top portion of the leg.
Start 10 cm bandage at or just above the knee
and end the wrap at the top of the thigh
